EXPERIENCE
Jennifer earned these qualities as a result of her own struggle to find her professional path. After nearly twenty exploratory years of working in sales, management, research and education, living and working abroad in Europe and owning her own successful small business, she came to the conclusion that to fill her own soul she needs to be filling others’ souls.
Her amazing ability to problem solve, brainstorm and share information is a testament to many years of trial and error.
The wisdom and experience Jennifer gained in her discovery process is an invaluable resource for clients and audiences everywhere.
EDUCATION
She is a graduate of University of Delaware and earned her Masters Degree in Sociology from the University of Houston. She holds a faculty position as a mentor coach for Coach Training Alliance and is a member of the International Coach Federation.
Jennifer is a member and has served on the board of the Northwest Coaches Association for three consecutive years and is the Past President of the Oregon Chapter of the National Speakers Association.
Her ongoing education comes from her incessant love for self-help and discovery reading.

Jennifer's professional love is empowering people to find their truths and helping them “arrive”. Witnessing this shift in people is what Jennifer strives to do again and again. Her personal vision is to facilitate the journey and arrival of 1000 amazing individuals. It all starts with one, and Jennifer believes that her life’s work is to be that one.
Jennifer's personal time is spent enjoying her home life in Oregon where she spends time cooking, gardening and entertaining friends.
