As a coach, speaker and best-selling author, I’ve spent the last decade helping people like you remove the mask, crack open your outer shell, and reveal the power that lies beneath.

Whether I’m helping you speak your truth, be a powerful leader, tap into your strengths, tame your Ego, share your gifts, be in flow, remember your worth, give yourself permission, practice acceptance, or unapologetically honor yourself, you are cultivating your power. And shining just a little bit brighter.

I love this work. It’s what I’m here to do.

My then

I am wildly committed to your success, and what clients say they love most is that I’m upfront and honest in the most nurturing of ways. It’s a crazy mix of East coast honesty with West coast subtlety.

I live in Portland, Oregon, but my formative years took place elsewhere...Originally a Philly girl, I grew up in South Jersey, went to undergrad at the University of Delaware, lived and worked in Europe for a few years, then earned my Masters in Sociology from the University of Houston. In 2006 I received my coach training certification from Coach Training Alliance then two years later went on to join their faculty as a mentor coach.

I served several terms on the board of the ICF Oregon Chapter and I’m a Past-President of the Oregon Chapter of the National Speakers Association.

In January of 2016 I earned my MCC, the highest credential awarded by the International Coach Federation.

Other stuff

In 2009 I published the best-selling book, Oh, shift! and a few years later Oh, shift! for Teens and its accompanying curriculum.

I am married to the love of my life, Mark Tucker who also happens to be my very hot business partner, audio blog co-host and co-author of Oh, shift! for Teens. Our dog George is our best friend, smells like Fritos, and is the sleepiest mascot ever.
